Should You Do a Routine Everyday?
The Stronger Bones, Stronger Body program was designed so that you could do consecutive days. However, it is always best to listen to your body.
Many factors play a role in making that decision including your past exercise history, your current fitness level and your diet (some foods help with recovery more than others).
If you start the strengthening component and feel weaker (that is, you usually lift 10 pounds and you feel like you can only lift 8 pounds) then it is a cue that your body needs a little more recovery time. If that is the case a brisk walk and Yin Yoga session may be just the thing.
