My circle of fitness is made up of 5 components: core/posture, strength, balance, flexibility, and weight bearing/aerobic fitness. Each aspect of exercise and anti aging has its role to play in wellness and optimal performance.
I developed this series on exercise and anti aging to ensure you all have the foundation you need to succeed.
The foundational concepts of posture, breathing, pelvic and scapular positioning, tongue position and are reinforced in my books, blogs and videos.
Some of you may need more time on one concept, be it your scapular positioning or your breath before you can fully incorporate it at a higher level.
Take the time you need to integrate it. You can go back and review a concept or two.
I sincerely hope that this series brings you a step closer to age stronger with exercise.
