Resistance bands are great tools to increase the strength of your bones, muscle and core.  Each of the band workouts was designed with you in mind. 

This video title includes three resistance band workouts (plus a a BONUS shoulder strengthening workout). Each workout session is safe for individuals with Osteoporosis.

The routines cover the essentials for you to stay fit, whether you need a break from your regular routine or you are travelling.

During each workout, you will receive clear instructions on proper technique.

Never used bands before? No worries. You will get an in-depth tutorial on how to choose and use the different resistance bands.  Extra tutorials cover important safety tips so you can workout with peace of mind. Enjoy!

Resistance Band Training is not a substitute for Stronger Bones, Stronger Body workouts. But it is a great complement.

What You Get

You get a 3-day strength workout (plus a bonus), with minimal equipment and set up needs. You will also get a log sheet to record the band you need to keep your body strong, healthy and vibrant.

It is designed for everyone from Beginner to Athletic level.

Planning a trip?  Resistance bands take little space and the workouts only take a few minutes of your day.

Need a break from your dumbbells? The Resistance Band Training workouts are ideal if you are looking for a break from your traditional strength training workouts. After a few weeks you’ll be ready to resume you regular Stronger Bones, Stronger Body workout training.

Each of the workouts is between 15 and 17 minutes in length so you can easily do your workout for the day and get back to enjoying your much deserved break.

This is a video streaming service and not a DVD.
