I have followed Margaret Martin's MelioGuide Physical Therapy exercise program for osteoporosis for almost 5 months. Margaret's expertise in her field is impressive, and she has developed an exercise program that is structured, progressive, easy to follow, and full of safety guidelines that help prevent injury. I have increased my overall level of fitness that includes balance, flexibility, cardio, and bone-strengthening.
